For us, “EveryBODY deserves to move” isn’t just a slogan, it’s the foundation of everything we do. From our first Pilates studio in Bli Bli to a growing network of studios and Wellness Hubs across the Sunshine Coast, we’ve built spaces that welcome all ages, abilities, and experiences.
We know that walking into a new Pilates class can be intimidating, so we’ve worked hard to create studios that feel inclusive, not judgmental, and full of good vibes. There’s no ego here, just a friendly team who’ll help you find your flow, one spring at a time.

At The Station Pilates, we’ve taken that shift to heart. Our studios offer Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, Yoga, and Barre, each designed to help you move and feel stronger. We’ve also introduced Recovery Rooms with infrared saunas, ice baths, and compression therapy to help balance out your training, recovery and support real wellness. Together, these offerings create true Wellness Hubs. Places where you can move, recover, and reconnect.

At The Station Pilates, we believe movement and recovery go hand in hand. True strength comes not just from how much you can do, but from how well you can rest, reset, and realign. Our Recovery Rooms give your body the chance to restore balance, move better, feel better, and live better.
