Reformer Pilates Classes
Breathe, move, and align in our Reformer Pilates classes, designed to support every stage of your Pilates journey. The Reformer machine offers a dynamic way to deepen your practice, with adjustable resistance that helps you build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance muscle tone.
So, whether you're brand new to Reformer Pilates, or have years of experience, our expert instructors can guide you through each movement, focusing on precision, alignment, and mindful breathing. Get ready to experience a powerful, full-body workout that challenges, supports, and transforms your body with every session.

Basic Form
Perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to reconnect to the foundations of Reformer Pilates. Learn the essentials of breath, alignment, mobility, and strength while building confidence on the machine. This class sets you up for success in our Good Form and beyond.
Bring: Grip socks (available in studio) and water bottle.
We kindly ask you to arrive early as classes begin on time and doors are locked once the session starts to maintain focus and flow.

Good Form
A full-body workout designed to strengthen, tone, and energise. Progressing from Basic Form, this class introduces spring changes, props, and alignment cues for a well-rounded workout. Expect to discover new muscles, improve control, and enjoy a balanced, breath-led flow.
Best suited once you’ve completed at least one Basic Form class.
Bring: Grip socks, towel, and water bottle.

Spicy Form
For those ready to turn up the heat! Spicy Form is an intermediate-plus class delivering a challenging, sweat-inducing full-body workout. Expect flowing sequences with spring and prop variations that raise your heart rate while building strength, balance, and endurance. Progressions are offered so every BODY can be safely challenged.
Recommended: At least 5 Good Form classes prior. Not suitable for pre/postnatal.
Bring: Grip socks, towel, and water bottle.

Spring Form
An intermediate-plus cardio-based Reformer workout using Jump Boards. Low impact yet high energy, this class emphasises the legs while still working your entire body. Seamlessly transition between jump board sequences and foundational movements for a strong, dynamic flow.
Recommended: At least 5 Good Form classes prior. Not suitable for pre/postnatal.
Bring: Grip socks, towel, and water bottle.

Stretch & Chill Form
A gentle 45-minute stretch, flow, and restore class on the Reformer. Using the support of the straps and carriage, you’ll lengthen, release, and finish with deep relaxation and breathwork. Perfect for recovery and mobility while still enjoying the magic of the Reformer.

Golden Form
Designed for our vibrant 55+ community, Golden Form is a supportive, low-impact Reformer class. Enjoy slower-paced, mindful movements that strengthen, stabilise, and support daily activities while being kind to the joints. A beautiful way to build vitality, confidence, and connection through movement.

First Form
Your introduction to the world of Reformer Pilates — completely free for first-timers! This beginner-friendly class covers machine set-up, breath, and the principles of Pilates movement. Enjoy a short guided session followed by time to ask questions, ensuring you feel safe and confident before progressing to Basic Form.
Please arrive on time as doors are locked once class begins. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene.
Mat Pilates Classes
Strengthen, sculpt, and stretch in our energising Mat Pilates classes. Designed to be accessible for every body, our classes combine fluid movement with focused, full-body muscle engagement, helping you build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
No matter your level, our instructors modify their approach accordingly to ensure you get the most out of each and every class. With a strong emphasis on form and alignment, you’ll leave feeling stronger, more centred, and revitalised. Think Pilates Matwork — but elevated with props and power! This class blends sculpting, strength, and conditioning moves to build stamina and tone the whole body. With the help of Bala props, weights, balls, and bands, expect a fun and challenging workout that will leave you feeling stronger and more energised.

A fun, upbeat class focused on the powerhouse duo — Glutes and Core! This mat-based workout flows seamlessly between these two muscle groups, offering a low-impact yet high-intensity burn. You’ll leave feeling powerful, toned, and maybe a little sore (in the best way!).

SP 360
An energising full-body fusion of Pilates, strength, and circuit training. We begin with a dynamic warm-up, then move through 6 stations combining resistance bands, Pilates balls, dumbbells, and functional movement. Expect sculpting, toning, and a signature Pilates burn, all while keeping it fun and supportive.

A restorative yet active class designed to lengthen, release, and align. Gentle flowing sequences combine with longer restorative holds, guided breathwork, and mindful movement to improve posture, flexibility, and body awareness. A beautiful practice to restore balance in both body and mind.

Barre Fusion
A fusion of Barre, Pilates, and Yoga for a graceful yet powerful workout. Using the ballet barre, you’ll move through small, controlled exercises to strengthen, tone, and improve posture, balance, and flexibility. Expect that signature thigh and glute burn while staying mindful and connected.

SP Slow Flow
Slow Flow Yoga is a smooth, breath-led practice that welcomes every BODY — whether you’re beginning your journey or returning after time away. Each transition is intentional and mindful, allowing you to feel each posture, release tension, and arrive fully in the moment.
With its gentle rhythm and longer holds, this practice awakens strength, melts into deeper stretches, and creates a sense of grace and ease. Guided by the breath, you’ll experience a moving meditation that calms the mind, restores balance, and reconnects you to your inner stillness.

SP Yoga Flow
A dynamic 50-minute Vinyasa Flow designed to energise and inspire, followed by 10 minutes of inversion and savasana. Your practice begins with grounding techniques before flowing into uplifting sequences that build flexibility, strength, and focus. Each movement is guided by the breath, creating a harmony between body and mind.
This class invites you to leave distractions at the door, step fully into your practice, and finish feeling refreshed and alive.

Yin Yoga
Balance your body and calm your mind with this nourishing practice. Yin Yoga guides you from noise to silence, agitation to calm, and complexity to simplicity. Poses are held for 3–5 minutes with the support of props, allowing your body to soften deeply into stillness.
This practice soothes the nervous system, restores energy, and supports both physical and emotional wellbeing. 75-minute classes close with a guided meditation in Shavasana to deepen your sense of rest.
Please wear warm layers as the body temperature can drop when still.
