You are required to disclose any relevant medical condition, injury, limitation, or pregnancy prior to participation. If you are pregnant or postnatal, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating in any class. Once pregnancy reaches 14 weeks, our Spicy and Jumpboard  classes are not recommended. We offer pregnancy-safe modifications or alternative options at select studios. We recommend obtaining a clearance letter from your healthcare provider before resuming or continuing participation.

You agree to update The Station Pilates should your medical status change.

If you experience pain or discomfort during or after a session, you agree to notify us within 24 hours so we can respond appropriately and record the matter. Delays in reporting may impact our ability to investigate or support your recovery.

Instructors may offer hands-on cueing or tactile guidance during class to support your alignment and movement safety. This is a standard component of our teaching practice. If you do not wish to receive hands-on cueing, please notify the instructor before class or at any time during your participation.

By participating, you release The Station Pilates and its directors, instructors, employees, franchisees, contractors, and agents from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death resulting from participation in any activity, except where required by law. This includes liability arising from ordinary negligence.

This waiver does not exclude rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be waived.

The Station Pilates reserves the right to decline participation or request medical clearance where there is a reasonable concern for the safety of a participant or others in the class. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the use of any class packs or services in cases of misuse or policy breach.

All memberships and class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing by The Station Pilates. Each class pack has a set expiry date and cannot be extended unless otherwise required by law. Unused classes are forfeited after expiry. Please refer to our pricing and cancellation policies for specific conditions, including introductory offers.

The Station Pilates does not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We strongly recommend leaving valuables at home. If you become the victim of theft, report it to staff immediately.

We occasionally take photographs or video footage during classes or events to share the energy and spirit of our community. By participating, you agree that your image may be used in social media, marketing, or promotional materials. If you do not consent to this, please advise our staff prior to class and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Classes must be pre-booked and pre-paid through our website, app, or in studio. A minimum cancellation notice period of 3 hours is required.

Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled class time will result in the loss of the class credit from your pack or membership, as well as a $10 late cancellation fee. The $10 late cancellation fee will apply from 1 October 2026.

No-shows: If you do not attend your booked class and have not cancelled, a $10 no-show fee will apply, in addition to the loss of the class credit from your pack or membership.

Waitlists are available for fully booked sessions, and you will be automatically added if a space becomes available. If you can no longer attend a class you are waitlisted for, please remove yourself from the waitlist.

All participants must treat instructors, staff, clients, and studio property with care and respect. Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in being refused entry or asked to leave. Smoking is not permitted in or outside of our studios. Grip socks are required at all times for hygiene and safety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes and services delivered at any studio operating under The Station Pilates brand, including franchise locations. Some class packs or promotions may only be valid at the studio of purchase and terms and conditions may vary from our website.

By booking a class, you also agree to our Waiver of Liability, Privacy Policy, and any additional studio policies published on our website, in our booking system, or displayed at individual locations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Queensland, and any court that may hear appeals from any of those courts for any proceeding in connection with these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of government-enforced COVID-19 restrictions (including lockdowns, border closures or mandates), no refunds are issued. However, The Station Pilates will allow class credit to be held on file for 24 months from the original purchase date or transferred to another client at no cost.

Participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible for any promotional prizes or giveaways.

As per ACCC guidelines, The Station Pilates is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty or damaged items within a reasonable timeframe. Repairs are not offered.

All introductory offers (e.g. 6 for $60) are strictly limited in validity and non-refundable. Unless otherwise stated, all introductory packs expire 30 days from the date of activation.
