Unlike other studios, each location is tailored to its local community and offers a unique mix of Reformer, Mat, Yoga, Barre, and wellness classes β€” no two are the same.

  • We recommend booking a First Form class β€” it's free for first-timers and includes an intro to the Reformer machine and Pilates principles. After that, Basic Form classes are perfect to build your confidence.

  • Yes! All class packs and most memberships give you access to any class at any Station Pilates studio. Move freely between locations and find the classes that suit you best.

  • In addition to Reformer, we offer a wide variety of classes including Mat Pilates, Yoga (Flow, Slow Flow, Yin), Barre Fusion, and specialty classes like Stretch & Chill Form and Glutes & Core.

  • Yes! We offer tailored memberships for FIFO workers, students, and seniors. These can include flexible fortnightly class options. Contact your studio directly to find the best option.

  • For Reformer and Mat classes, bring grip socks, a towel, and a water bottle. Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene and are available for purchase at the studio.

  • These Reformer classes progress in intensity:

    • Basic Form is for beginners

    • Good Form is a balanced full-body workout

    • Spicy Form is intermediate-plus for those wanting more challenge

  • Yes. All memberships allow for a 6-week hold for holidays or illness. There’s no lock-in contract, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice in writing.

  • Absolutely! Choose from:

    • 6 Classes for $60

    • 30 Days Unlimited for $99
      Both are valid at any studio for any class and are a great way to try us out.
